Hi dear friend, this has been a pivotal verse for Greg and me. It has a soul quieting and peace inducing effect in our bodies and spirits—in times of chaos, of calm, and everything in between. Sometimes fear has a grip on us and it's hard to find release and lean into Jesus. These words came to us during one of those times.

keep your mind

on what you know

to be true

keep your soul

held whole

in a place of peace

where no one can

break down the door

I will hold you

warm under My wings

in this space

no matter where you must go

hold this home in your heart

I will keep your hope holy

and intact

until you can pick

it up again

I will hold you together

give you the reason

to rise tomorrow

secured in this warmth

and this truth

look into My invisible eyes

hold My gaze

and know

I will enclose your beating soul

in this inner protection

the hint of which

you now feel

trust it is solid

forever

and real

let go

give over your heart

into My hands

release what you

think you need

into the arms of

your ever present

eternal
